Music lesson policies & programs

01Enrollment and Registration

Students may enroll in the month-to-month program or select a discounted three- or six-month program, or the twelve-month program. A one-time $100 registration fee applies to month-to-month enrollment.

Registration confirms the student's place in the studio and allows us to establish an individualized lesson plan.

02Payments

Month-to-month, 30 minutes

$180 per month for four 30-minute private lessons ($45 a lesson), payable monthly.

$240 per month for four 45-minute private lessons ($60 a lesson), payable monthly.

Advance-payment programs reserve the student's place in the studio for the selected enrollment period. Please review the applicable enrollment terms before payment.

Pay online by card on a secure page: payments go straight to Music Creative Solutions. Month-to-month is charged each month until you cancel; to cancel or change your enrollment, contact the studio.

03Scheduling and Attendance

Lessons are scheduled by appointment. Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate.

Late arrivals do not automatically extend the lesson beyond its scheduled ending time.

04Cancellations and Missed Lessons

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or requesting a lesson change.

Missed lessons and late cancellations may be forfeited unless an exception is approved by the instructor. Makeup lessons are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the studio.

If the instructor must cancel a lesson, a makeup lesson or another appropriate arrangement will be offered.

05Practice and Student Progress

Consistent practice between lessons is strongly encouraged. Students will receive guidance and assignments appropriate to their skill level, interests, and available practice time.

Progress depends on attendance, participation, and practice outside the lesson. Each student's learning pace and goals are respected.

06Online Lessons and Master Classes

Online lessons and group master classes require a reliable internet connection and an appropriate device. Students are responsible for being ready to participate at the scheduled time.

Master classes provide opportunities to explore musical concepts, develop skills, share ideas, and learn from other musicians.

The number of master classes included depends on the selected program.

Group classes are online only. Each group class is one subject (piano, guitar, voice, or songwriting and theory) and meets twice a week for one hour. A student who misses a group class may send a video and receive feedback by email.

07Program Changes and Refunds

Please contact Music Creative Solutions before making changes to your enrollment.

Group class fees are paid in advance, in full or on a payment plan, and are not refundable.

The studio's refund, withdrawal, and transfer terms will be provided at enrollment and will apply in accordance with applicable law. Any exceptions must be approved by the studio.
